Starting life as an out of place brownfield site set within a residential area, Como Associates delivered a complete design-and-build solution for a new residential development comprising seven flats across three storeys in Christchurch, Dorset. The scheme was carefully designed to make optimal use of the site, balancing spatial efficiency with architectural quality whilst respecting the existing surrounding area.
Our design and construction teams collaborated closely throughout the project, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through completion. Como Associates managed every stage of the process — from initial site surveys and planning to full design development, construction oversight, and final handover to the client.
