BUILDING REGULATIONS ⋅ PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR
The Dairy is a new-build home combining contemporary design with quality craftsmanship. Built on a Grade II listed site, it follows the footprint of the previous building which was part of a working dairy farm. With a history linked to the late eighteenth-century Muscliffe Farmhouse, the former dairy site reflects the area’s agricultural roots.
From concept to completion, we led the detailed design and ensured Building Regulations compliance, creating a unique and functional residence that was sold off-plan. This character build highlights our abilty to respect the history and past of an area, whilst creating something that will last well into the future.
