The Uplands Road home extension and refurbishment transformed a worn 1930s property into a bright, contemporary family home. Redesigned for a growing family, it now features five bedrooms, including a main suite with an en-suite and dressing area, alongside an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, a play area, office, utility room and garage.

The landscaping complements the home’s modern design, with a shingle driveway, stone patio and a blockpaved pathway featuring a herringbone design leading to the rear garden. A vegetable patch and summer house was also incorporated at the client’s request.
